Said is not only an excellent, highly professional, and genuinely well-mannered real estate agent, but he also has an engineering background, which makes a huge difference during the handover and snagging process for a new property. He notices technical issues and construction defects that most people would never identify on their own, but which could later cause serious inconvenience and costly problems when living in the apartment. Following the inspection, Said prepares a comprehensive snagging report with detailed descriptions and photographs. The report can simply be forwarded to the developer, after which you can follow up until all the identified issues have been properly rectified. The entire process was extremely thorough, efficient, and professional. Said’s combination of real estate expertise and engineering knowledge is truly invaluable. Very highly recommended!
